Biography
Sarah was born about 1846 in Herring Cove, Halifax County, Nova Scotia to Archibald Darrach and Ellen King.
Sarah, along with all of her living Darrach siblings and their spouses were named on an 1881 deed for sale of property in Herring Cove that they had inherited from their mother Ellen after she had died intestate in 1880.[1]
She was single when she passed away in 1920 in Halifax.[2][3] She is buried in St. James Anglican Cemetery in Herring Cove.[4]
