Étienne Napoléon Morin was born on 15 Dec 1845 in Saint-Vital parish in Lambton, Frontenac, and was baptized in 22 Jan 1846 in Saint-François-d'Assise parish in Beauceville, Bas-Canada. Napoléon was the son of Dominique Morin and Magdelene Corriveau Sponsors at Napoléon's baptism were Etienne Roy and Françoise Baillargeon; neither signed the register. At age 21 Napoléon married Marie Sarah Langlois on 24 Oct 1874 in Lawrence, Essex, Massachusetts. There were three known children born into this marriage. Napoléon died at age 38 on 20 Aug 1884.
