Biagia lo Cascio is born and baptized 31 January 1774. She is the daughter of Leoluca lo Cascio and Emmanuela Todaro. Her godparents are Giuseppe Santoro and Mariana, wife of Leoluca Guarino.
Biagia marries Andrea Marino (b. 1767) on 28 September 1788. Her parents are both living at this time. Emmanuela's last name does not appear in this record.
Biagia and Andrea have at least eleven children: Bernardo (1791), Giovanni (c. 1793), Apollonia (1797), Carmela Maria (1798), two sons named Salvatore (1800 and 1814), Lucia (1803), Giuseppe Maria (c. 1805), Giuseppe (1807), Michaelangelo (1810), and Maria (1817).

The Church census of 1807 shows Andrea and Biagia and four of their children---Bernardo, Giovanni, Lucia, and Giuseppe Maria, living beside the church on via Sant'Elena in Corleone. Apollonia and Carmela Maria do not appear in this census, indicating they has died by this time. The families of Biagia's sister, Lucia, brother, Giuseppe, and of their parents, all live nearby.
