Need help with German Handwritten Letter from 1970 [closed]

Hello, I am working on transcription of this German Letter from 7 December 1970, by someone named "Werner ?".There are few words that I cannot read. It will be great if someone will transcribe these words and fill in the blanks. Thank You for any Help.
