Where to look / how to search for Quebec adoption records? - Francois Dubreuil

I am trying to locate the adoption record of this individual, Francois Dubreuil (may have had a different LNAB), born circa 1783 in quebec .  I have the marriage and marriage index record, which indicate he is adopted, but I'm not quite sure how to find it. I know that his adoptive father's sister, Elisabeth, died, and that her children were assigned to relatives, but I do not read enough French to know if this involves this individual: https://numerique.banq.qc.ca/patrimoine/details/52327/3409683?docsearchtext=pierre%20dubreuil.

Any assistance or guidance is appreciated.

On François' marriage, Pierre Dubreuil and his wife are listed as ''nourriciers'' and not adoptive parents.  ie foster-parents.  François has no family name on the record.  He is probably a foundling brought up by them.  There doesn't appear to have been a formal adoption up to that time.  He should be detached from them as parents, since they aren't even adoptive.

There are very few actual adoption records back in this era, if such exist they would be as a notarial act, there wasn't the system of orphanages as we know them later.  Probably given in care to the couple by the parish priest or churchwardens.
