Born to Canadian parents. Lives in Ontario Canada. Adoptive mother of Nicole Marie Terrell, b. 1987.
On my father's Robinson side I have lots of Ontario ancestors - some descended from Christopher Robinson, an United Empire Loyalist from Virginia, came to Canada in 1784, after the American War of Independence. One of Christopher's lines links back to English nobility, and even royalty.
I'm a first cousin (6X removed) of General Sir Isaac Brock through my paternal Schreiber grandmother. Her mother was mostly Scottish, with one Swiss German Mennonite grandmother to mix things up.
My paternal Plumb great grandmother has extensive very early American roots, even back to the Mayflower. Through her I am distantly related to many notable and interesting Americans.
On my mother's Hamilton and Innes sides my lines go to working class emigrants from Northern Ireland and Scotland. My maternal grandfather and his mother's lines are in British India, which is a fascinating history previously unknown to me.
In total I have about 5/8th's Scottish ancestry. I must go again someday, now that I know all this!
Hi Judith, when you add the parameter to an Unsourced template, don't add the country as well as the state or county, that adds an incorrect red category to the profile. See this change and this one.
Many thanks for your help, regards, Margaret, Categorization Project

You left a comment on Anne (Heath) Conway (1721) (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Heath-1899) saying "Please add publicly accessible sources." Both sources, Hayden's book and Duncon's book are listed on WikiTree's Sources site (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Sources-Family_Genealogies) and provide links to HathiTrust. From HathiTrust you may find libraries near you where you may find the books. The Hayden book is available on line and in fact the profile in question provides links to the appropriate page.
I believe that Wendy Gow,nee Hiller was an English actress,am I correct? Also, even though she might have been considered English, was her Hiller family perhaps of German descent?I ask because there was a German family on my late mother Rosemary Schulte's side which also had the Surname of Hiller as well?
