Biography
Eugenie was born in Rimouski, Québec to Alphonse Matte and Calixte Leclerc on 7 mars, 1870. She was baptized the next day as Marie Eugénie Matte at le Cathédrale de Saint-Germain-de-Rimouski.[1]
She married François Xavier Parent (1854-) at Saint-Germain-de-Rimouski on February 5, 1902.[2]
