Biography

Margaret was a Friend (Quaker)

Margaret was born 3 Jun 1720 in Dartmouth, Bristol, Massachusetts Bay Colony.[1] She was the daughter of George and Lydia Soule.[2]

On 10d 5m 1738 [10 Jul 1738], she married John Allen, the son of Ebenezer and Margaret Allen, at Dartmouth.[2]

Margaret was received on certificate at the Nine Partners monthly meeting from the Dartmouth monthly meeting on 20d 2m 1782 [20 Feb 1782].[3] She was accompanied by children Mary and Isbel.[3]
