John William McQueen was born August 28, 1847, in Frankfort, Franklin, Kentucky, USA, to father, James McQueen (1811-1894) and mother, Eliza (Witt) McQueen (abt.1821-abt.1903)^[1] He married Annie Elizabeth (Polsgrove) McQueen (1856-1937) around 1871^[2] in Frankfort, Kentucky, USA. He died January 14, 1894 in Edna, Jackson, Texas, USA.^[3]
