In the 1900 census Winnie (age 11), Farm Hand, was the daughter of Lou Armstead in Justice Precinct 1, Hays, Texas.^[1]

In the 1930 census Winnie (age 33), Cook, was the widowed head of household at 316 Alley, San Marcos, Hays, Texas, United States. She had a brother and sister in her household.^[2]

Winifred, daughter of Sandy Armstead & Lou Franklin, died (age 62) on 14 March 1962 in San Antonio, Bexar, Texas, United States.^[3]
