As I understand it, this report was created by a computer software package that no longer exists (or at least that you no longer have access to).
If so, and you have an electronic copy of the report (for example, in a word-processor file or a PDF file), you could create profiles "manually" by copying the information from the file and pasting it into the "ADD PERSON" forms here on WikiTree.
If you have only a paper copy of the report, you could have it scanned to a PDF format, and have optical character recognition done to "recognize text" in the file. (I think it should be possible to have this done by a library or by a commercial business like Staples.) That will generated electronic text that you could copy and paste into the WikiTree forms. If you do this, you should watch for errors in the computer text.
Whatever you do, I suggest that you make sure that trusted family members (I'm thinking particularly of Cindy & Robert) have a copy of your work.
