I have a tree on FTM 3 & want to import it to WikiTree

I want to export my entire file to WikiTree & it is asking me about output format & I have got to choose one from a number of options & I dont know which to choose.  The options are:

FTM

FTM 2012 for MAC

FTM  2010 for MAC

GEDCOM 5.5 (Standard)

GEDCOM FTM 16

I don't know but I often read it is best to first do a little one of about 25 - 50 profiles to get the hang of it.
