Need help getting these profiles merged

I am not pre-1500 certified as of yet and need to get these 2 profiles merged. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

The two profiles are born 23 years apart in different counties (Warwickshire and Worcestershire).  One died when he was 23 in 1296, the other aged 66 after 1316 (again, in different counties).  Are they really the same man?

I agree. It needs a lot more research before it's merged.

Strange. Something is wrong. According to the information on the profiles one is the uncle to the other, so merging is not the right way forward anyway. But I think that both profiles need a bit of work to avoid future problems and misunderstandings.

The one which looks like it has sources seems dubious. It cites Richardson, but Richardson does not mention the person described on that page.
