My apologies to anyone who does not have Ancestry.co.uk membership and cannot open the pertinent link, I will happily send the full biography and sources by email if required. The relevant text is far to long to put openly on WikiTree.
Malcolm, if no one else steps up, I'll put this on my list to do. Unfortunately, while I do have access to the Ancestry site, I don't have access to the Richard$on books cited, so I have suggested to others that they might look at it.

For some reason, England Project is getting a whole lot of questions lately, and we seem to be backed up.
I'm happy to see that someone has taken this on.

Thank you Lois, I have now found where possibly the detailed biography for Sir John, incredible how many different ways his surname is spelt, came from. It was on the History of Parliament website which quotes the same sources and on this occasion what’s good enough for them is good enough to be entered in my own personal tree. I have just noticed Monica Edmunds has changed the profiles to reflect the information.

http://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1386-1421/member/dallingridge-sir-john-1408 Sir John/Alice.

http://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1386-1421/member/dallingridge-sir-edward-1346-1393 Sir Edward (father)

Monica is a proper person to work on this. She a member of the Medieval Project, all of whom are pre-1500 qualified. Perhaps she can help with your other question. Any sourcing hints you get from her should be valuable.

And you've already got one valuable one - when you find a reliable source for information - follow the sources THEY use.

Good luck
Thank you Lois, Monica has messaged me and has been really helpful. Thank you for your help and efforts.

The Rootsweb sources appear to be legitimate (as opposed to the Ancestry Tree), but someone will still have to check each of them and create a profile, which may take a while.

As Lois says, the Ancestry tree is not an acceptable source, though it points to what looks like more reliable sources that need checking out. Trees on the web never are acceptable sources for pre-1700 profiles. Rodney Bond's TeacherGenealogist site (the second source pointed to) gives no sources for much of the information in it, and what is in it would need to be verified by seeking out reliable sources: it is not in itself an acceptable source.
Thank you Michael, further to my reply to Lois, the HoP is perhaps good enough to edit the profiles of the respective Dalyngridge/Beauchamp families. Just noticed Monica Edmunds has changed the profiles.
