Biography

Richard was born in 1847.[1] He was the son of David Williams and Ann Thomas.

In 1851 he lived with his uncle and aunt in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales[2] and in 1861 with his parents in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales as a blacksmith.[3] In 1871 he lived with his father in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales as a blacksmith in an iron foundry.[4]

In 1871 he married Anne Rees.[5]

In 1881, 1891, 1901 and 1911 he lived with his wife in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales as a foreman engineer blacksmith at a factory.[6][7][8][9]

He passed away in 1916.[10][11]

His probate reads, Williams Richard Thomas of 22 Morgan Street Hafod Swansea died 17 March 1916. Probate London 5 May to Anne Williams widow. Effects £1510 3s 8d.[12]
