Biography

William was born in 1878.^[1] He was the son of Richard Williams and Anne Rees.

In 1881 and 1891 he lived with his parents in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales^[2][3] and in 1901 with his parents in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales as an art student.^[4]

In 1906 he married Louise Maud Owen.^[5]

In 1911 he lived with his wife in Newport, Monmouthshire, Wales as a secondary school teacher^[6] and in 1939 in Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales as a civil servant/Chief Inspector of Schools, Board of Education, Welsh Department.^[7]

He passed away in 1952.^[8]

His probate reads, Williams William John of 4 North Road Cardiff died 23 January 1952. Probate Llandaff 19 May to Louise Maud Williams widow. Effects £2814 15s 9d.^[9]
