Biography

Joseph was born in 1875.^[1] He was the son of Richard Williams and Anne Rees.

In 1881, 1891 and 1901 he lived with his parents in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales.^[2][3][4]

In 1904 he married Ethel Mary Jenkins.^[5]

In 1911 he lived with his wife in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales as a cashier at a smelting works^[6] and in 1939 in Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales as a retired company secretary.^[7]

He passed away in 1951.^[8]

His probate reads, Williams Joseph Rees of 207 Cathedral Road Cardiff died 21 November 1951. Probate Llandaff 16 July to Ethel Mary Williams widow. Effects £592 7s 6d.^[9]
