Biography

Joseph was born in 1850.^[1] He was the son of David Williams and Ann Thomas.

In 1851 and 1861 he lived with his parents in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales.^[2][3] In 1871 he lived with his father in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales as a blacksmith in an iron foundry.^[4]
