Liboria Soldano is born and baptized on 10 February 1823. She is the daughter of Maestro Giuseppe Soldano and Giuseppa Maniscalco. Her godparents are Maestro Salvatore and Castrenza Greco, brother and sister.
Her sister Antonina, age two, and then his father, Maestro Giuseppe, age 45, die, one the day after the next, in August 1829, during the second cholera pandemic.
In 1834, Liboria, 10 (b. 1823), lives with her widowed mother Donna Giuseppa, and her siblings Lucia, 17 (b. 1817), Emmanuele, 14 (b. 1819, who will be a master shoemaker by trade), and Rosa, 8 (b. 1825), on the Rua del Piano.
Liboria dies, reportedly at age 16 (she is fifteen) on 22 August 1838.
