Henry died in 1698 in Norfolk, Virginia.
Land Patents
Henry Hollowell, son of Thomas and Alice, received a patent for 118 acres of land, lying on the Northern side of Western Branch of Elizabeth River at the head of his father's land.[2]

↑ Henry's date of birth is recorded as "18 of the 8th mo. 1652." Prior to 1752 in England and the colonies, the Julian calendar was still in use, making March 25 the first day of the year. This meant that March was "first month" and October was "8th mo." So this is most like the 18th day of October, not the 18th day of August.
