Biography
Augustine "Tina" Deubler was born 2 Oct 1905 in Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma. She is the daughter of August Deubler and Averilla Gilcrease.[1][2]
In 1920, when she was only 15 years old, she and her brother Orville (who was 10 years old), were called as prosecution witnesses in the murder trial of their neighbor Mose "Tom" Wilson who was accused of shooting his wife Hazel McDaniel Wilson.[3] Mr. Wilson was found "not guilty" of the murder.
Augustine was married to Alfred WIlliam Dymock on 30 June 1924, in Florence, Pinal County, Arizona.[4] By the time the 1930 United States Census was taken, they were the parents of three children. Also living in their household in 1930 was Augustine's niece, Ethel L., daughter of her half-sister Lillian who had passed away in 1915.[5]
Per the 1940 Census, Augustine and Alfred had moved to Josephine County, Oregon and were parents of another child[6]
Augustine's husband, a pastor, died in 1993.[7]
Augustine "Tina" Deubler Dymock passed away 18 Dec 1996 in Medford, Jackson County, Oregon and is buried in Hawthorne Memorial Gardens located in Grants Pass, Josephine County, Oregon. A transcription of her obituary is included with her memorial at Find A Grave.[8][9][10]
