I'm totally unfamiliar with Dutch locations and conventions. The birth record says

's-Gravenhage , in the Zuid-Holland section of the Den Haag birth records. What should be in the location field please?

The city of 's-Gravenhage has the common name Den Haag, or the Hague in English.

Unfortunately, the database for the name fields uses the layman's name Den Haag instead of the official name.Zuid-Holland is the province, 's-Gravenhage is part of it, not the other way around.

For 1895, the full name is 's-Gravenhage, Zuid-Holland, Nederland

Yes I thought afterwards I'd got it the wrong way round laugh

Thank you very much!
