Need Dutch tranlation/location help

Question

I found a population register that lists Christiaan Jansen's birthplace as 'Achgel in 't Luiksche'. What or where is this? No hints from WikiTree, google searches, or translation sites. Any suggestions? Netherlands? Belgium? Germany?

This could very well be his baptism, 18 Jan 1770, parents Jean (Joannis) and Catharina Lommans:

Pleas note the place of death is not the municipality Bloemendaal but the neighbourhood Bloemendaal in the (then) municipality Broek, as recorded in the header of the population register entries of Christiaan.
