What is the correct information for a source from the Polish database Szukajwarchiwach.gov.pl

I am new to this source.  I have used it for the profile Tekla Kukulka-2.  The profile includes a link to the source.  My question is, do I need more information for the source citation? What am I missing?

A couple of syntax issues: You currently have this:

* *Death record. Database szukajwarchiwach.gov.pl ,Scan 60, right side, Przeczyca, record #3. [[https://www.szukajwarchiwach.gov.pl/en/jednostka/-/jednostka/19270749?_Jednostka_delta=20&_Jednostka_resetCur=false&_Jednostka_cur=3&_Jednostka_id_jednostki=19270749]] for Thecla Nawracaj, age 72, widow of Antoni Nawracaj, maiden name is Kukulka, house #6.

When you create an external link it should be of the form:

[url more text here]

you have:

[[url]]

You also have two * characters at the start where you only need one.

Apart from that it seems fairly complete.

I don't know if you use the WikiTree Sourcer extension but I recently added a feature called Citation Assistant that helps you create a citation for sites like this that Sourcer does not yet support.

Wow I did not know about the [url plus text] format!!!  That does make the source much easier to read and to find.  I do use Sourcer!  I will check out the citation assistant. Thank you! You have been very helpful.
Let me know how the Citation Assistant works out for you. I know it doesn't save nearly as much time as if Sourcer had support for the site. But it does help get the syntax and layout consistent. The UI might be a bit overwhelming - a lot of the fields are optional and the UI can also be simplified in the options.
