Greetings everyone! Are you interested in joining the Poland Project? For several months the Project has been reorganized after gaining new hardworking members. They would love your help!
What is the Poland Project?
*The Poland Project is a community of volunteers who work towards satisfying certain goals within the project and create a collaborative environment for Wikitreers to preserve their family history.
How can you assist the Poland Project?
*After replying in this G2G post a coordinator will leave a comment for you on your profile, to find out how YOU would like to help the Poland Project and will award you a Project Badge. The coordinator will check back with you once you have decided on which team to join. See: Poland Project Teams List
*The only requirements for ongoing membership in the Poland Project are that you join a team, work with your Team Leader, respond to the periodic check-ins from the Project Leader/Coordinators and help the Project satisfy it's goals.
*We recognize that people lead busy lives and are grateful for any and all contributions you make!
How can the Poland Project help you?
*The most common request is for others to research your ancestor. If you do not know where in Poland your ancestor is from, please place that profile in Poland, Emigrant Unknown Birth Location Category and make sure the privacy setting is open.
*If you are looking for ways the Poland Project can help you, please take a look at the Poland Project Page. We have a Resource Library and other great information for you!
*Those who are only seeking help for themselves will not be awarded a Poland Project Badge.
Thank you!
Skye, Tina and Maggie
