I use tag "Poland" for the country. Feed shows country & surname "Poland". Can these be changed to separate tags?

Country-Poland seems like a good option to me.  

G2G should be able to put a notice in the feed notifying people of the change once it is made.

Sorry, no.  That's why I no longer follow 'England'.

I changed it to Poland_Europe.  :)  I would make a suggestion for Spain, England, Ireland and any other country that is a surname to do the same.
