Anne Le Blanc and Marie Langlois are clearly stated as being cousins on Anne's marriage contract (linked on profile).  The degree of cousinship is not stated.  They both come from Île-de-Ré.  Research is needed to find out what it it, and possibly give Marie Langlois her correct parentage.  She is currently only sitting with a father.

So they say they are cousins and their fathers have two different names so it isn't through them, so would that not mean that it would be through their mothers? Does Marie's marriage or death certificate not have her mother's name on it?

If you can read the sources here perhaps there is some mention in them, unfortunately I cannot read them.  http://patrie.familytree.website/getperson.php?personID=I1764&tree=patrie
hi Lynn, Marie Langlois' mother's name is unknown, it could easily have been Leblanc, or else they are not first cousins but second cousins, see a lot of those being simply listed as ''cousin'' without specification.

Marie's first marriage was in France, it hasn't been found even.  Her second marriage only lists her as widow of her first husband.

The link you give is for Marie, it gives its sources, which are basically the same as we already have.

They could also be 1st cousins if their mothers were sisters.

Good luck
