I wanted to share this family photo of my Great great grandfather Joseph with his wife Matilda and children. He served in the U.S. Civil War Co. F 81st Regiment, New York.

Yes she seems to be proud of her babies. I love the leather boots the girls are wearing. The middle girl is holding flowers I believe. Joseph’s beard is awesome! I wish I could grow a beard like him  Matilda and Joseph with children are dressed nicely for this photo. The emblem on the photo says “Seattle” I’m not sure of the studio name or location yet.
