Edward was born about 1862. He was the son of Samuel Grant and Matilda Ronger. Dna matches to the grant side of the tree. There are two Find A Grave sources which need collaboration to determine the correct gravestone for this Edward. 

Research continues for Samuel Grant and Matilda Ronger’s grandchildren.

Per my dna matches. Edward Ronger Grant (1862-1936) had a son Edward Grant (1895-1982) who had Darrell Grant (1933-1999)

Also dna match with Edwards daughter Matilda Grant (1907-1960)  and son Jacob F. Clark (1933-2007)

Per familysearch sources I concur  it’s a bit tricky both men similar names and dates of birth and death.
