Peter was born in 1796, Kentucky. He married Elizabeth "Betsey" Sublet, daughter of Benjamin B. Sublet, 11 Mar 1819, Warren county, Kentucky. They were in Marshall county, Alabama in 1840. Peter passed away in May 1850 of pneumonia. His estate was probated in 1854, Marshall county, Alabama.
