Biography
James was born on the 28th of June, 1800, at Middle Tarr, Ruskie, Perthshire, Scotland. He was baptised by his parents, Peter Junkine and Mary Buchanan, on the 2nd of July, 1800, in Port of Menteith Parish.[1] He and Isabella Monteith were married 1830 in Kincardine Parish.[2] He and Jean Buchanan were married in 1840 in Kincardine By Doune, Perthshire, Scotland.[3] He died[4] and was buried,[5] 1863 at the age of 62 years, in Kincardine.
