Thomas Jefferson Auxier was born on 27 March 1849 in Johnson, Kentucky, United States, son of Nathaniel Auxier (1815–1865) and Hester Ann Mayo (1819–1864).[1]

Thomas (19) married Jane Harrison (19) (born on 15 June 1849 in Russell, Virginia, United States) on 30 December 1868 in Johnson County, Kentucky, USA.[3] Their daughter was Susan Hester Auxier (27 October 1869 – 15 January 1953).

In 1870, Thomas and Jane Auxier were living in Johnson, Kentucky. [4]

Thomas (29) married Martha Jane Spradlin (21) (born on 20 April 1857 in Johnson, Kentucky, United States; daughter of Evan Spradlin) on 5 March 1879 in Johnson, Kentucky, United States.[5]

In 1880, Thomas and Martha J. Auxier were living in Johnson, Kentucky. [6]

Thomas died after the birth of his last child in 1891 and before the 1900 census, most likely in Johnson, Kentucky, United States, aged 41.
