Isaac Williams / b. abt. 1835 Vermont / Mulatto / with Sophia & Jared Richard and their family
Raymoure-1 21:35, 4 January 2020 (UTC): There is a Permilia Williams in 1850 in Woodstock who might be the same as Permilia Miller in 1860, and the Permilia Miller of 1860 is living with Adaline and Isaac Williams. Could Permilia be Isaac's mother?
Raymoure-1 21:45, 4 January 2020 (UTC): Elisha Bradish is related to the possible Williams relatives - both Permilia and Norman; appearing with both in separate households in 1850.
