Edgar Williams is a part of US Black heritage.
Edgar Williams was born in 1874 in Vermont. He was the son of Mary P. Hicks and Civil War veteran Isaac Williams[1] of the famous 54th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry.
In 1880, he was living with his parents and siblings in Windsor, Vermont.
