Biography
Robert Waller was born on 4 January 1806, in Montréal, Quebec. He was the son of Jocelyn Macartney Waller and Elizabeth Willis.
He married Mary Anne Blowers on 17 April 1834. They went on to have about seven children.
He was with the East India Company Service.
His wife Mary 4 June 1846.
Robert Waller died on 1 February 1880 in Laizhou, Shandong, China, at the age of 74.
