Maria de las Mercedes Ana Luisa Carmen Dolores ("Dolly") Mosley was born on Gibraltar on September 3, 1881. She was a daughter of Alexander Mosley and Maria de las Mercedes Josefa Emmanuela Luisa Francia Mosley.

Dolly was married to James Robert ("Jack") White on April 24, 1907, in Chelsea, London, England. They had a single child:

• Ave Maria Gloria White (also known as Mary Evelyn White) (1914-1983), who married John Henry Bromage on Gibraltar in 1939

Dolly's marriage to Jack White appears to have broken down in the 1930s.

It further appears that Dolly had returned to Gibraltar by the late 1930s, when her daughter was married there in 1939.

We are told that Dolly died on Gibraltar in 1966.
