Biography

Research Notes

  • Her birth year is off by 4 years in the 1880 Census.[1]
  • In 1900, Sarah is living with her sister Loretta and family in Drummer Township, Ford County, Illinois. She is 52 years old and single, which helps to verify that she never married. The transcription of this record lists Loretta's name as "Lonetta" and spells her last name as "Boils."[2]
