Virginia Householder was born on 12 Feb 1827 ^[1] in Loudoun County, Virginia, the daughter of Adam Householder and Sarah Janney. ^[2]

She married John Holmes on 10 Jul 1847 in Clark County, Ohio. ^[3]

She died on 27 Jul 1917 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois ^[1] and was buried at Greenlawn Cemetery in South Charleston, Clark, Ohio. ^[4]
