Frank Heisler was born in January, 1854, and died in 1842. He was the son of Washington Heisler and Sarah Kurtz.
He was a farmer and a fruit grower in St. Mary's, Kansas.
He was the postmaster in St. Mary's, Kansas, to which position he was appointed in 1897 and in 1902.
