Biography

Andre Marie Dubreuil was born on Jul 18, 1754, and baptized the next day at St-François-de-Sales de l’Île-Jésus, Laval [1] . He was the son of André Dubreuil and Marie Anne Maillet dit Maguet.

Marriages

He married three times.

First marriage

He married Charlotte Hus dit Cournoyer on 25 January 1776 at the Catholic parish of Saint-Pierre-de-Sorel.[2]Together, they had the following (known) children[3]:

Second Marriage

He married Marie Amable Laporte dit Denis, daughter of Louis Laporte dit Denis & Marie Amable Papineau Montigny, on Nov 12, 1798 at Chambly, Richelieu, Quebec. [4][5] Together, they had one known child[6]:

Unfortunately, his first wife died just three days after giving birth to their first and only child, who died later that month. [7]


Third Marriage

He remarried to Josephe Parenteau, daughter of Amable Parenteau and Marie Judith Angelique Leonard dit Simon, on Feb 1, 1802 at St-Joseph-de-Chambly. [8] Together, they had the following (known) children[9]:
