Leoluca Cascio is born and baptized Leonemlucam on 8 August 1872 in Corleone. He is the son of Biagio Cascio and Caterina Morello, and named after his paternal grandfather. His godfather is Giulio Amore, who is unmarried.[1]
Leoluca marries Rosa Rizzo, daughter of Giovanni Rizzo and Maria Concetta Navarra, on 29 April 1900.[2]
Leoluca and Rosa have ten children, Caterina (1901), Biagio (1902), Giovanni (1904), Maria Concetta (1905), Margherita (1908), Lucia (1909), Giuseppina (1911), Maria (1913), Margherita (1915), and Salvatore (1921).
Giovanni is born 1 March 1904 and baptized the next day. His godparents are Giuseppe Cascio and Tommasina Cascio, a married couple.[3]
Margherita is born 31 January 1908 and baptized 2 February. Her godfather is Carmelo Cascio, who is unmarried.[4]
The margin note on Giovanni's baptismal record indicates he marries Elisabetta De Palermo on 20 January 1946 in Saint Matthew parish, Huntington Park, California.[3]
