In connecting a family (The D'Estimauvilles of Kamouraska fame) to it's forbears I came across a baptismal record that appears to refer to the father of Jeanne Delestre, marraine of Léonard Hervieux, as an échevin. It seemed interesting and I did not notice it mentioned on Thierry Delestre dit Vallon's profile. Links are in the profile for the original document and to the Delestre profiles if needed.
