Profile Private Message Not Working?

Question

On August 10th, I sent a private message to a Project Leader from their profile page. (I have my copy in my inbox) I had a question on whether a person should be considered an Abolitionist. I still haven't received any response.

Last Friday, I sent a private message to a different Project Leader with questions about a state category. I haven't received a response.

Both Project Leaders are active here on the forum which leaves me to wonder if my messages aren't really being sent or are being sent into Spam.

It is quite possible that the messages were overlooked. As a Project Leader who receives quite a few private messages each week on various subjects, I have found myself dropping a few of them (inadvertently) from time to time.

Leaving a Message on the profile is a great start as Becky noted, but to get the most bang for your buck, G2G is the place to be! As long as the information/question is not private in nature, we have a great community here that can always chip in to help with questions.

Try leaving a message on their profile page to say you've sent a private message.
