Under the Add menu tab at the top Right is DNA Test Information.  From there, follow the directions and you'll be all set.  Another member asked the same thing and Kay Wilson responded with this advice as well.

" It is also helpful to change your privacy level to 'Private with Public Tree' so that your test information will display on your relatives' profiles, as appropriate for the test taken. Peter Roberts' explanation about registering at GEDmatch is also excellent. That will allow you to find potential matches who tested with 23andMe and FTDNA's Family Finder test also."

Wikitree do not accept any RAW DNA Data. Wikitree does NOT do DNA matches.

You only need to enter details of your test type and the kit numbers from Ancestry. You can also enter details from GEDmatch, My Heritage and FT DNA if you also upload to those places as well.

The details of your DNA kit numbers will be propagated throughout ther WIkitree system within 24 hours.
