Generally, you cannot add DNA for other people; however, since your brother is deceased, and if you manage his DNA data and the profile here on WikiTree, you can add this .

Go to his profile, and using the drop-down menu that his WikiID on it, choose the DNA option. Then choose the DNA Tests tab and follow the instructions there. (quick link)

Tom, your question was how to add your Y-DNA test to your brother's profile.

The system has already populated his profile with this information.

Did you mean that your brother also took a Y-DNA test?
