Isaac Washington Webb

1800 – November 1850 • L64J-WD3

North Carolina, United States

St Louis, Missouri, United States

I am coming up with  different wives and on different sites. I really don't know if his middle name is Washington. He could have more then 1 wife. His parents are: Thomas Webb-1779-1840 ----Mary Ann Hill-1774-1851

I would appreciate any help so I can go on from there

This looks like him: Isaac Washington Webb. Are you unsure of the two wives?

I am not sure anymore about him. I find things with him and other wives. I had this to begin with then saw another tree from family and started doubting.

Thank you
I'm not really sure about the wives. I see families on Ancestry that have him married to Ruth Strickland and Sarah Newton. These are not possible, as both were having children at the same time.

The Isaac Webb that died in Missouri in 1850 was said to be born in Virginia, not North Carolina. So, you may need to look for his actual death.

Are there any details you are sure of? To help determine which Isaac is yours? (State he died in, children he had...)

If the children are your starting point for him, he was in Tennessee in 1830

Name Isaac Webb

"United States Census, 1830," database with images, FamilySearch(https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XHP9-834 : 7 September 2017), Isaac Webb, Cocke, Tennessee, United States; citing 272, NARA microfilm publication M19, (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, n.d.), roll 180; FHL microfilm 24,538.

There were two Isaac Webbs in Tennessee in 1840, but only one in the correct age group:

"United States Census, 1840," database with images, FamilySearch(https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XHT1-8DV : 8 September 2017), Isaac Webb, Rutherford, Tennessee, United States; citing p. 132, NARA microfilm publication M704, (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, n.d.), roll 533; FHL microfilm 24,549.

Might be a lead. I found a Isaac Webb, in MO in 1840, he purchased land in 1844, Camden, MO.  On 1850 census is a Sarah Webb, b VA 1803, with her children in Camden MO. Her first 3 children were born in TN.
