Trying to find the parents of Mary Bird (UK, 1802)

Question

I am trying to find the parents of Mary Bird b. in about 1802 (according to the 1851 census) in Bethnal Green, Middlesex.

I think it may be Josiah Bird and Phoebe Milner although I'm not sure where I got that suggestion from. It was a while ago.

I would appreciate any suggestions as to where to hunt...
