Find information on my 3ggfather, James B Walker and his wife Nancy Bird, Circa 1811 Ohio

I would love to break through my brick wall and find more information on my 3ggfather, James B Walker. He appeared in Ohio in 1811 and joined the military to fight in the War of 1812. He was discharged in 1813 and married Nancy Bird three days later. I can find no further information on either of them, except the 3 children that were born to them. A true brick wall to conquer.
