Murdoch(Murdock) Mckenzie b. 1826 in Scotland, emigrated to the Lafayette, Walworth County, Wisconsin, USA, area in 1842 who is buried at the White Oak Cemetery, Walworth County, Wisconsin (wife Dena Walbrandt) is a direct paternal  kin to me.

To my knowled from reading the the geneologist's archives at the local Matheson Library, in Elkhorn, WI. 'Murdock/Murdoch' arrived in the USA when he was about 15 or 16 years of age with his mother 'Eliza Mckenzie' and his three older half siblings, 'Alexander' b.1810, 'Roderick' b. 1825 and 'Barbara' b. 1817.

Please e-mail me if you have any information that might help me find out more information about the family prior to emigrating from Glasgow, Scottland in 1842 to the USA.
