Source Available?: Thurston Notes on the Descendants of Jacques de Santi de l’Hommaca

In attempting to look at the parentage of Georgia's first Poet Laureate Frank Lebby Stanton (not a relative as far as I know), the sole source cited upstream is Thurston, Edward Coppee, “Notes on the Descendants of Jacques de Santi de l’Hommaca,” privately published, Englewood, NJ, 2 Nov 1909 and it places us in Cuba.

I am unable to find this online but perhaps have overlooked some location. Can anyone locate it? Library copies appear very limited (NEHGS has one but not digitized).

Hi. It's not online (as far as I know). I purchased a photocopy from NEHGS years ago and, at the moment, have no idea where it is. WorldCat shows that 6 libraries in the US have copies. You might check with your local library to see if they can borrow a copy for you via inter-library loan.

Thank you. Do you recall if it is adequately sourced or is family lore? I noticed that while Nicolette Pruietzer is found in WikiTree, her parents and grandfather Jacques de Sante L'Homacca are not.

Edit: I should add that I am curious about the origins of George Henry Stanton. He seems to be a bit of a phantom at present though I see speculation he was from England.

Can't really remember, but I don't think so. As I recall I used it as a starting point and then began gathering actual sources. I haven't added Jacques de Santi (Sante) L'Hommaca, nor his wife, because I don't have dates for them. I'm not a descendant, but Jacques' son, Dr. Jacques L'Hommaca married into part of my Hines family which was in Effingham Co., GA, at the time, so I started working on L'Hommaca in the hope of finding clues.
